As the wholesale manager, you oversee the wholesale function in the business and maintain the highest customer service standards for wholesale clientele. You manage

the seamless and timely delivery of day-to-day logistics and ensure the department maintains good stock levels by working with production.

As the point of contact for wholesale stockists, you facilitate communications and orders and arrange delivery and despatch.

You also liaise with the sales, business and logistics departments to provide a seamless service.

Experience
Experience in wholesale, admin and logistics
Good admin and numerical skills
Knowledge
Proven track record in a similar role
Understand the importance of timely and reliable despatch
Stock levels, inventory, order fulfilment and production timelines
Skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Competent in IT packages and experience with inventory and sales programmes
Manage your own time efficiently  
Adaptable and flexible

Keen eye for detail, ensuring complete and full completion of all tasks
Qualification Requirements

A degree in jewellery or a related subject is beneficial.
