Visual Merchandiser
As a jewellery visual merchandiser, your job is to create captivating visual merchandising and innovative eye-catching displays in stores, shops, boutiques and departments to present all the business’s stockists effectively.
You also develop campaigns, from concept to delivery store wide, across brands. You propose creative concepts for retail displays and point of sale to showcase collections and, in some cases, develop concept floor plans to inspire customers.
Depending on your employer, you may need to travel to stores to set up displays and train permanent sales staff.

Qualification Requirements
Experience
A couple of years working in a retail environment where you became familiar with jewellery display, cabinets and point of sale.
Knowledge
You are commercially minded with a strong knowledge of jewellery brands, local markets, and awareness of competitors.

• SketchUp and/or CAD
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Project management
• Able to translate creative and innovative ideas into physical builds and installations
• Prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively manage resources and budgets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication

Qualification Requirements
A degree in jewellery, design or a related subject.
