As after sales assistant, your business is client care after they have made a purchase. You create a positive brand experience and maintain great customer relationships to encourage repeat spending.

You make courtesy calls, follow up repairs and valuations and arrange fittings and bespoke alterations.

As a great communicator with an excellent written and telephone voice, you provide impressive customer service. 

You are IT literate so you can record customer touchpoints, provide quotes and costings and bridge the gap between service departments to provide seamless aftercare for the customer. Your North Star is a customer who returns to make more purchases.
