As a generalist, you oversee and manage all day-to-day HR activities and contribute to strategic projects to deliver exceptional staff support at all levels of a career. You lead on case and query resolution, advise managers and coach and mentor others in the HR team.

You must be at the top of your legislation game, so you can create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a seamless employee experience and business compliance.

Qualification Requirements

You have a degree, maybe a master’s, in human resources and you have Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certifications.
