Office Manager
As the office manager, you are at the very heart of the business. You are an excellent communicator, with top-notch written skills and a great telephone manner. In many ways, you are the face of the business, dealing with clientele, providing exceptional customer service and developing and nurturing client relationships.
You also work well in a team as you support multiple teams and departments, maybe dealing with customer enquiries, requests and orders and processing invoices, communications and memos.
Day to day, you also manage the office, maintaining and updating systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and, crucially, keeping calm in a crisis.
