Senior Sales Specialist
As a specialist jewellery or watch salesperson, you have a passion for jewellery or watches. You understand the qualities, craftsmanship, manufacturing process and differences between brands and what makes each product unique.
You are a great communicator, so you can share knowledge about each product’s characteristics with clients and customers.
You are computer literate and used to database systems for recording sales, client details and to provide after-sales care.
You are a naturally gifted salesperson, a real people person, with an aptitude for remembering facts and figures, understanding how products work and being able to close a deal to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualification Requirements
Knowledge
• An experienced shop floor salesperson
• Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques
• The ability to describe, sell and close a sale with a client and follow up for great customer service
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, point of sale (POS) systems and transaction tracking software

Qualification Requirements
You may have taken a retail apprenticeship and earned accreditation through on-the-job training and continuing professional development qualifications.
You may have had retail experience in another sector and moved across to watches and jewellery.
